For the other product, a woman purchased an office chair labeled as 'big & tall' however it did not fit her size and needs in terms of the arm rests being too far apart, too high, and not heavy enough to operate the tilt release switch. This could be a problem for those that require these features and it needs to be kept in mind prior to purchasing the product.
